Considering Evalynn had not told her sister anything too bad about him told him that he might still have a chance. A chance at what, he wasnt sure, but a chance none the less. He snorted at her remark about not enjoying drinking or anything that followed, knitting his brow together as he stared at her with slight disbelief. He couldnt believe that, not one second. He didnt know a single Aodhian who didnt enjoy the indulgent life, which mostly consisted of sex and booze.

“Sounds like a good night to me.” He replied, licking his lips and giving her a wink. Sounded like every night for him, but he wasnt going to mention that now. “I think you would enjoy it, you just havent tried yet.” He smirked, taking closer steps to her with narrowed eyes. Oh, all the fun they could have if she would just let him convince her..

“I think you just need to branch out a little.. Forget about work.. Have some fun.” A sly grin played across his features as he dipped his head down to match her eye level. His gaze glistened with mischief. “Just once.. Let me show you how to be a real Aohdian.” He took on a sultry tone, quirking his brow as he practically begged her to agree.

There it was again, he had winked at her and was stepping closer and everything was happening too fast. In that instant she wanted nothing more than to bolt; to get as far away from the stallion as possible, but her legs weren’t working.  She could feel the temperature rising as he narrowed his eyes. Her heart was practically pounding so hard that if he didn’t hear it he had to have hearing problems. She slowly tried to swallow as he mentioned how she needed to branch out and have some fun.

And then his head lowered to where his eyes met hers and she couldn’t think again. The mischief in his eyes was bad juju, that much she was aware of, as she had seen the look leap into her sister’s eyes more often than not whenever she was looking to corrupt and cause trouble.

And then he was there, talking as she had never heard a stallion talk before, and all she could do was stand there as mixed feelings flew through her. She had never in all of her life felt like this before and although her head was screaming that this was the worst idea ever… She almost felt required to agree.

She had to fight it. She needed to. Agreeing to go out and do anything with anybody other than her family was pretty much out of the question. She had never felt the need to do anything that was as indulgent as Evalynn and now. NOW… Now she wasn’t even sure she could walk straight. She sucked in a slow breath, feeling a bit dizzy before she took a step back, wanting so badly to speak up, but the words were stuck in her throat. She didn’t know what to do let alone how to react. What would Meredith think? What would Evalynn… actually no that one was obvious… but how was she going to get out of this one.

All she could do was stand there and listen. She was pretty sure the connection between her brain and everything else was severed. It’d be the only explanation as to why nothing seemed to work for her in that moment. “I…” was all she was able to say.
